Out all night clearing the snowy streets and run out of rock salt? Is there a projected large snow storm and you’re out of salt brine? The Salt Factory’s facilities are large enough to support multiple trucks for refilling and is just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. 

 

If our customers aren’t able to make it to our facility to restock, another option is to use our delivery service. Determined by a minimum order amount and/or adverse weather conditions, we have trucks that can bring supplies to you. 

 

As the best salt distributor in Pittsburgh, The Salt Factory offers a variety of different snow and ice melting agents, including Bagged Rock Salt, Bulk Rock Salt, and Liquid Deicing Products.

 

For local orders of 1-10 pallets, we deliver via forklift for easy placement. For local and long-distance orders of 9-18 pallets, we deliver via tractor-trailer. These orders must be unloaded with a forklift or Bobcat, which we can supply for a small fee. We can also ship by common carrier. 

 

The Salt Factory will deliver 50 miles from our Swissvale location. Please email salt@snowandicemgmt.com for all deliveries out of state or over 50 miles.
